Their ages fit perfectly with the slaves of T K Cureton in 1860, but since slaves were not listed by name, I can't tell for sure. On his 1860 slave schedule, there is a 27 year old mulatto male and I think that's Henry. There were 117 Cureton slaves in Lancaster Cty in 1860. In 1850 T K Cureton owned 150 slaves in Lancaster Cty.

1850 census, Lancaster, SC

Thomas K Cureton 48
E R 43
J E 24
T K Jr. 19
M V 11
J L 7
E T 1
Mary R Massey 19
J E Massey 21
J Lowdeon 52 shoemaker
J P C Massey 32 merchant
T D Massey 28 clerk
John N Nesbit 27 physician

I found a death cert for Richard Cureton, b about 1845, died 1928 of diabetes in Waxhaw NC and it said he was buried in A & M Cemetery- could be kin

There is a Will of Thomas Cureton, dated 1857 of Lancaster Cty (you would have to contact the SC State Archives in Columbia SC) and often slaves were listed by name either in the will or the estate papers and inventories
