show's his parents as hardy kelly born 1796 in SC and died in 1866 in MO, elizabeth shelton born 1800 in TN. Hardy parents is Elijah kelly born 1770 in Ireland and wife is Margaret(no last name) born 1774 in Ireland.
William Cecil Kelley born 11-18-1836 in TN and died in 12-12-1906 in MO, married Margaret Ross in 1856. William's siblings are: margaret bonr 1830 in TN, Elisha born 1837 in TN, Nancy born 1838 in AR, Hardy born 1839 in AR, Jame s born 1844 in AR, Joseph Lewis born 1842 in AR, married Martha Jane Dykes.There is a Barbara Jean thompson 3148 W Thunderbird RD, Phoenix, AZ 85023.
