I am compiling a genealogy for a friend here in Fort Worth, Texas. She's a Wilmington native, and I've done about all I can do considering we live 1,200 miles away. So, I need some primary documents from New Hanover.
I am willing to hire someone to do the legwork for me.
I need the following:
-- photographs of tombstones in a small family cemetery down in Myrtle Grove/Masonboro. Photos with a disposable camera are a lot quicker and easier than trying to handwrite all of the stones.
-- certain marriage, probate and deed documents. I have the names and dates.
I figure one day total on this is all it will take.
