I have put together some of the Peterson/Corbett line with Charles Corbett of Fla and others. Labon Peterson/Mary Hatcher of N Hanover co, NC had children Mary Elizabeth, John C (1810), William R Peterson (1812), and others. Mary Elizabeth mar James Corbett(c1793) and they all went to Ga betw 1830-1836. In 1880 Lowndes Co Ga census James T Corbett 83 NC with wife Mary(I believe 3rd wife Mary Carter) and brother John C Peterson 70 NC (should be brother-in-law). William R Peterson was in same area. He had a son George Washington Hatcher Peterson. They were all buried in Hickory Grove Cem, Lowndes Co, Ga.
