Looking for African-American McAdams and Meadows families

I am looking for information on the McAdams and Meadows families that lived in White Oak or Maysville in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Need information on the brothers and sisters of my grandmother, Leona Meadows and would like to know if there are any living decendants of either of these families. Also information on the Chadwick family would be greatly appreciated.
