I hope someone can help me. My Staggs line was in Mason, later Fleming Co., Ky in or prior to 1790, and I'm thinking they must have come from Orange Co., N.C. Is this a possiblity? I have Joseph Staggs who remarried after coming to Ky. He had several children who were of or near marrying age.
