There was a William and a John Echols listed as paying taxes in Orange co NC in 1779. I am trying to find who they were as far as where they were from and who their parents were and who their woves were etc. Would anyone be able to help me find any kind of information about William and John Echols living in range co NC in 1779. The name might have been spelled a littel different. Any help appreciated. Thamks, Ross
