Thanks Mona for checking. I think my Joseph Sr born 1834 in NC, father was Thomas W. born 1795/6 NC. They must have moved to Gibson, Washington Indiana in the 1840's. The Joseph Weeks from Orange NC lived just a few miles west of them in Orange County, Indiana. It's been difficult separating these two families, though I believe they are cousins all coming from Perquimans NC at one time.

Joseph Thomas Weeks born 1867 Washington County, IN, son of Joseph born 1834 NC, son of Thomas W. born 1795/6 NC. Still don't know exactly where in NC.

I assumed they were related since they were living so close, shared neighbors with same surnames in both counties too. Think maybe the Quaker faith kept the families tied together.
