Ralph Boseman and Mary Branch

I believe Ralph Boseman (Bozeman, Boazman, Bozman) is one of my ancestors. I found a will from Perquimans County for SAMUEL PHELPS 21 April 1728, in which the land he is leaving his son son Jonathan is described as - 200 acres beginning at ye Black Walnut branch, so running over ye Long Branch to Ralph BOSEMAN fence, belonging & joining to my dwelling plantation.

Can anyone look up deed records or land grants for this property? I believe Ralph Boseman was married to Mary Branch. Their son Samuel, born 1684 in NC, is my ancestor.
