US World War 1 soldier Paul Stallings – Legion Post Hertford – Flanders Field

Looking for information about and relatives of World War 1 soldier Paul Stallings. He was from Belvidere and is buried in the US Flanders Field Cemetery in Belgium. He was killed in action July 26, 1918. I was told the American legion Post in Hertford was named after him. Perhaps a Roll of Honour book of the county has been made?
Purpose: book writing to honour those fallen soldiers.
