William H. Brinkley married Rebecca Southards on 28 Aug 1844 in Person Co. Period. This is ALL the info I can find on either of these folks. Have info on their daughter, Lucinda, who is one of my grandchildren's ancestors, but can find absolutely nothing on the parents or other ancestors of William or Rebecca.

There are many, many William Brinkleys to be found, but which one is the correct one?

Rebecca's surname could have been Southard, Southards, Suthard or Suthards.

If you are searching through Person County records, I'd appreciate your sending me anything you can find on either of these people.
