died in Independence County, Arkansas 1862 (at the age of 48)
married (1836) to
Rebecca Coal or Cole, from NC (?), born 1803
died in Independence County, Arkansas 1876 (at age of 73)

We belive John Martin may have been an orphan. His date of birth may not be accurate? We have no info on either John or Rebecca.
Any help at all?
