John Bullock/Bulluck was born ca 1727, in old Surry County, VA, a son of Jeremiah Bullock. He reputedly removed into the Edgecombe and Pitt County areaa of North Carolina leaving many descendants there abouts. He and his wife, Sarah (Felts?), had at least the following children:
Winny, b. 28 Oct 1748;
Drury, b. 15 Jan 1751;
Baalam, b. 6 Apr 1754;
John, b. 6 Jul 1756; and
Charles, b. 17 Oct 1761
