Bill, Thanks for the info on Mariah. She and Guilford might be siblings, They are of the right age
There appears to be two Harris Family lines in Pitt Co. during this time period. Timothy Harris line and Charles Harris line.
From what I have been able to piece together, Mariah is the probable daughter or granddaughter of Charles Franklin Harris and Martha "Loma" McLawhorn. So far, I haven't been able to verify.
