I also found this record in the RI Rogers files :

1 Aug, 1734 : JAMES SANDERS deeded 300 acres on Horse Swamp of Bertie Co.NC to PELEG RODGERS. This deed corrected an earlier deed to ROBERT WARREN dated 13 Feb. , 1728, Bertie Co. NC Deed Book D, Page 126. See Mary Best Bell, "Colonial Bertie County, North Carolina Deed Books A - H, 1720-1757. See 17 May, 1734 and 13 Nov., 1735."
