I am searching for information on the following people that lived on the county line between Rowan County and Randolph County, N.C.. They were living in Guilford prior to Randolph County being created. They left Randolph and Rowan Counties prior to 1790 and moved into South Carolina.
Their names were....JOHN BLALOCK, JAMES BLALOCK , LEWIS BLALOCK and WILLIAM BLALOCK. The death notice for my Great-Great-Great Grandfather stated that he was born, raised and married in Randolph County. His name was ZADOCK BLALOCK and his father was LEWIS BLALOCK. I have looked for years and have never found any evidence showing LEWIS OR ZADOCK BLALOCK lived in Randolph County. Any information would be appreciated.....Emily Blalock Gaddis
