I miss typed the name given to Fredrick Carrs wife as Susannah rather than Elizabeth. The author of the caviness book lists her name as Elizabeth Carr, not seen any documentaion even supporting her first name as Elizabeth, certainly she was not a Carr,There was a Susannah Carr ,she married Rolly Spinks .There was no Elizabeth Carr.Certainly not in this Carr family and certainly not the wife of Fredrick Caviness. As with the Sarah who died in 1803,Fredricks wife would have been from the area of Mecklenburg co va.
