Hi Pamela. I am helping a friend who is a g-granddaughter of Hiram Krause. The death certificate of Charles Henry Krause, b:6/6/1855, d:4/23/1933, bur at Round Hill Cem (s/o Hiram Krause), is available from Rutherford Co Register of Deeds. It shows Henry Hiram Krause and Priscilla Hill as his parents, with father Henry Hiram Krause being born in Germany. Charles Henry's mother was Mary Jane Hardin. The information availabe from Hiram's g-granddaughter is that his father had killed a man in Germany, and had left Germany for America with his children. I would be most interested in any other information you might have on Dr Henry Charles L. Krause or his wife and other children. Please e-mail me if I can be of further service.
