I don't have anything on your specific persons, but my ggg-gm was Cynthia Bates, b. 27 Oct 1789, d. aft 1860 in Rutherford Co. She was the daughter of John Bates and Elizabeth Williams. Married Robert Sidney Callahan in Rutherford Co. on 8 Nov 1811. This may help a little!
