Thelma M. Smith, 77, of Port Orchard died March 18, 1998, at her home.
She was born April 28, 1920, in Rugby, N.D.
On May 10, 1938, she married Kermit C. Smith in Bowbells, N.D.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry of Port Townsend and Leland of Lake Bay; two daughters, Janice Rozanski of Issaquah and Linda Jones of Salem, Ore.; one brother, Howard Corey of Bowbells, N.D.; one sister, Claudia Lindberg of Stanley, N.D.; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. March 21. Services will be at 11 a.m. March 21, both held at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard. Arrangements are under the direction of Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association of Washington, 2625 Third Ave., Seattle, WA 98121.
