www.automatedgenealogy.com has them in 1911 as McKay at
1911 / Nova Scotia / Cape Breton South / 12 Lingan-Victoria Mines poll district / page 13

Neil is listed as b. Aug 1840, and children Catherine, Margaret, and Dan are with him.

1901 they are at:
District: NS CAPE BRETON (#28)
Subdistrict: South Bar X Page 9
Daniel is Jul 4 1881 here.

on www.novascotiagenealogy.com they seem to be mostly indexed as McKay as well (Daniel's marriage is under Mackay but his death is under McKay).

- does mention a Margaret McKay died in Fargo in 1899.
