Seeking information about George Hicks SOULE (1845-1911) (possibly AKA George H. Sowles) who was a prominent cattle rancher near Towner, McHenry County, ND. Was he the George H. Sowles from Alburgh VT who served in Co. K 11th Vermont Infantry (AKA 1st VT Heavy Artillery) during the Civil War? Thanks
