You would have to contact Cavalier county courthouse, address here: http://www.ndhealth.gov/vital/marriage.htm The census seems to list her as b. ND but her parents as "Canada English" which generally means Ontario. Without her maiden name though that's not a lot of help as there were many Canadians who moved to ND. If you know when/where she died, her death record might give her maiden name which would make looking for a marriage record much easier. What is your connection to her, out of curiosity?
