Stacy,
Looks like the reprint is going to fall through. Nobody can decide who is to give the permission to reprint it. So another wonderful book gone to the wind. However, I do have a copy of it and was quite intrigued to find that a friend of my husbands wife was a Wells of this family. That would be Ionia Wells Phebus. Anyway I can scan the pages for you and email them to you as there are several pictures and about two pages of family info if you are interested.
