James Bonam b.abt. 1828 NJ was in Crawford,Pa in 1880 with (2nd wife)I believe, Mary E. UNK b. abt. 1838 Pa and 4 children;Hattie b.1872,Fred b.1874,Nina b.1879, all b. Pa. This family shows up in Risisng City Reading Township, Butler,Ne. in 1885, without James? I have not actually seen the cenus, just individual people found in the census. Children listed under the name Bonan and mother Mary coming in under Bowman? Mrs. M.E. Bonam is in the city business directory in notions. 1900 Rising City Reading township, Butler,Ne.,Dist. 11, I found Mary E. Bowen and daughter Nina E. Does anyone have any info on this area that might help with my research? Possibly a death date and location for Mary E. Bonam. 1880 census would have made her abt. 1862 in 1900. I'm trying to find her maiden name to help with my search for her son Fred. I have a idea it might be Kimball? Also if anyone has access to the 1885 census could you check to see if I'm correct and father, James is not there. Thanks for any help. barbara
