Charles - I have been to Fillmore County and they have all marriages indexed in alphabetical order of the Groom's last name and also in the Brides last name. They have done an excellant job of indexing all marriages that have occurred in Fillmore County! I suggest that you contact someone from the Fillmore County Genealogical Society and ask them to do a look up for you. If you don't know where to find someone go to www.usgenweb.com and click on fillmore county and you should find the information on thier Genealogical Society. I would imagaine it will cost at least 5 dollars to have somone do the lookup. But they will need more than a first name. Minnie seemed to be somewhat of a popular name as my Great Grandfathers brother married a Minnie that came from this county his last name was Carlson. Good Luck in your search.
