My great uncle, Elmer Hoops, was a resident for many years at this hospital. Would like to find out when he died in Norfolk and where he is buried. would appreciate any suggestions for this project. He was alive in early 1940s as another relative used to visit his and they would go out to dinner. Thanks Marge in Washington state
