Hi Brenda,

I don't have any info on your Dr. Edward Tanner, but while doing my post today (07/29/02) for my grandmother Ethel May Leach; I was looking at her birth certificate and your Dr. Edward Tanner was the attending physician! She was born on 01SEPT1917. Isn't it a small world? Best of luck in your search :)
