Its tough to find a family when you don't have a age for the husband. 1900 census his age and birth place were unknown. In the later census Julia has the childrens father as born in IA. but there are lots of George's and Henry's in IA.
Here is a few pieces to help you some and you might luck out and get a age from the marriage record.
