Looking for any information about L. C. (Lucas Clinton) Gore of Falls City, NE. Would like to find who his parents, siblings, wife , and children were.
This is all I have been able to find about him:
Falls City, NE: June 1871, Mr. L C. Gore, who had for two and a half years previous kept a blacksmith shop, commenced manufacturing carriages and wagons. His operations were, of necessity, conducted on a small scale.
L. C. Gore was the asst. foreman of the Pioneer Hook and Ladder Company of Falls City, NE formed 07 April, 1871.
It is believed that L. C. Gore moved on to Cass Co., MO about 1884. He had a son, Lucas Clinton Gore, Jr.
Lucas Clinton Gore, Jr. b. 11 Nov., 1872 Falls City, NE and d. 06 Oct., 1934 Warrensburg, Johnson Co., MO. He married Ida F. Shackelford 26 Dec., 1897 in Warrensburg.
They had one child, Lawrence Clinton Gore (1898-1980).
