Marriage records for Otoe County?

On July 18, 1867, in Nebraska City, Mary Martha Wiggins married Alban H. Glasby, Jr. Would there be a record of that marriage in Otoe? If so, would it list the names of the parents? I'm trying to find the names of the parents of Martha Wiggins.
