My great-great aunt Maggie Emma Knepper married a William Graves in 1895. They moved from Bryan, Williams County, Ohio to Talmage, Nebraska shortly after they were married in the very late 1800's and early 1900's. Does anyone know anything about the Graves family? I have several pictures that belonged to my great-grandmother (sister of Maggie Emma Knepper/Graves) and they were taken in Talmage, Neb., at Ferguson's (professional photographers), and one taken in Talmage, Neb by E.T. Benson Cabinets. The people in the photos are unidentified except for a couple of them which I can identify my great-grandmother and her sisters. Does anyone know where these photographers were located in Talmage? Does anyone know of descendants of the Graves family? I wonder what was going on in Talmage, Nebraska in 1900 that would have brought this family to this area of Nebraska.
Any ideas?
