Need help locating James Farrell of A. C. 1897

Looking for some help finding information on a James A. Farrell of Atlantic City. An 1897 obit on my gg grandfather John Hart of PA mentions that he was vacationing at the home of his son-in-law James A. Farrell, but I can't find any information on him. He may of married one of his daughters Priscilla (1868), I found a WWI form for her brother that lists a Driscilla Farrell of NYC. But I haven't been able to find either James nor Priscilla Farrell listed on any census, nor any other information on them. Would appreciate any help locating him and verifying which daughter he married.
