Hi!
We are hoping someone may be able to aid us in a look-up.
In 1920's through the 1930's, there was a company owned by a husband and wife; Nathan & Henrietta/Harriet Newman and their business was located at: 1310 Atlantic Ave, Atlantic City, NJ. We are seeking to see if Nathan (died between 1920-1930) is listed in the directories for the years
1920-1930 and if the name of his business is also cited. His wife subsequently was listed (in 1930 census) as the owner of the business. We are seeking only the name of this business ~ which would, we hope, be listed under his name in these directory years. Any help to this end?
The type of business was Candy Manufacturer/Confectioner.
