The 1900 census in denver,colorado has this information.Living at 2402 washington street.Tuffod Albert H,born september 1872,age 27,born new york,married twice,married two years,parents born new york,merchant paper.Emma,wife,born august 1872,age 27,married once,married 2 years,born Iowa,parents born pennsylvania.Harry L.son,born july 1891(exactly what the california death index gives)age 8,born colorado,parents new york.George S Or E,I cant make it out.son,born november 1892,.At first I didnt find earl's ssdi in new jersey but when I checked every tufford who died in new jersey,there is an earle tufford,born 1 november 1892,died march 1973 in clifside park,new jersey.This matches the 1900 info on the george ? from denver.Maybe you can post on the bergen county to see if someone will do an obit look up for you.
