I am looking for a Col. Johnson/Johnston in Garfield,GreenPond or Grenpound? Lived in a big house in the teen's through the 50's ish...the house or estate may have been called Greenpound/Greenpond. He was married and a relative of ours was a companion to Mrs. Johnson/Johnston. Col. Johnston was owner? CEO? of Botany 500. That same relative was in a singing troupe, at the turn of the century, that traveled the west including Yellowstone Nat'l Park, by train, possibly sponsored by Botony 500 and she along with other women in the group, who were all young and pretty may have been models. Is their anyone who has heard of this estate or knew of any of the models? or singers or know the the origins of Botany 500 or any one who may be related to this family?
