I am hoping this death certificate may help someone else.
William E. Siddons / male / white / age 46 yrs /died at Metropolitan Hospital on 01 May 1908 from phtliasis pulmonalie (TB). He was married (Mary Myers d/o Jacob Storms Myers) and occupation was "clerk". His parents were Joseph Siddons b "U.S." & Maria Hughes born Ireland. William's former address was 2360 - 3rd Ave (prob Queens). He is buried at Mt. Olivet Cemetery (Queens) on 02 May 1908. Undertaker was U.A. Mott from 665 President St, Brooklyn.
I contacted Mt. Olivet Cemetery and they confirmed that he was buried there but not with his wife, Mary Myers. Mary was on the 1930 census as a domestic in Bergen Co, NJ and was listed in my great grand-mothers obituary of 1931 as a "half-sister". Does anyone have any information about Mary Myers Siddons?
