On December 1, 1839, William Fenimore wrote a letter to his sister, Sarah Logan. Sarah lived in Vincentown at the time. William wrote from Fort Winnegabo, West Conson territory.
He mentioned Uncle Willian, Aunt Kitty and "the boys" and Emmeline and Buly and Maryann and Sarah. He was their uncle.
The letter is signed:
"I Remain Your poor affectionate
Ofcast Unfotnate Brother
William Fenimore"
"to his dear Beloved Sister
Sarah Logan"
