Steer. It was taken in Philadelphia and glued to the back is a newspaper obituary. It shows that he died at age 19 and the funeral will be held at his parents house in Camden, NJ. Parents are listed as Edward J. and Elizabeth F. Steer. Grandparenst, Henry and Mary Ann Davis. I rescue these photos in hopes of finding family to return them to. All I ask is what I paid for it and postage. (This is a smaller photo, so a cardboard mailer won't be necessary, I'll just reinforce the envelope.)
