Civil War Soldier named Smith who died 8/8/1889 in Camden City

I am searching for a Civil War soldier with the surname of Smith who died 8/8/1889 in Camden City. In the 1890 Census his regiment is listed as the 104th NY Inf, Company "A".

A check of the regimental roster reveals many Smith's, but only four who served in Company "A"; George, George C., Hiram B., and Oliver. I suspect that he is one of them, but then again maybe not.

Anyhow, I would like to find Smith's given name and where he is buried.
