I don't know if you have the following obits for Henry Allen now or not. They are in PA papers and don't list the place of burial.
------------------------------------------------
Date: 1870-12-29; Paper: Public Ledger
An Old Citizen Dead.- On Tuesday night, Henry Allen, Esq., an old citizen of Camden, died at his residence on Market street, above Second. He was largely interested in the progress of Camdne, and was the principal stockholder in the Water Works from the time they were built until bought by the city.
------------------------------------------------
Date: 1870-12-29; Paper: Philadelphia Inquirer
AN OLD CITIZEN DEAD,
On Tuesday night, Henry Allen, an aged and respected citizen of Camden, died at his residence above Second. He was, from the beginning, the principal gentleman connected with the water works, and, up to the time they were transferred to the city, the largest stockholder in that concern. He is said to be worth $500,000.
