Below is the obit for your James Corbett. There were two James Corbett obit listings with a spouse Annie, one in 1916 and one in 1917. It took some digging to find the second one because I was looking under James instead of Jas. The Feb 1917 one seemed a little late for directory listing and had a different address.
September 22, 1916:
CORBETT.-Sept 20, JAS CORBETT, husband of Annie B Graham. Relatives and friends invited to funeral services, Sun. 2 p m. at 1012 Wharton st. Inter Lafayette Cem.
Phila City directories:
1913,1914,1915,1916: James Corbett, cigars, h. 1012 Wharton st.
1917: Annie B. , wid. Jas, h. 1012 Wharton st.
