None of the obits seem to mention specifically where Henry Allen is buried, but Ann Rogers Allen seems to have been buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Camden:

From the Philadelphia Public Ledger 24 Feb 1868:
Allen - On the 21st instant, Ann, wife of Henry Allen, in the 78th year of her age.
The relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend her funeral, from her late residence, 205 Market street, Camden, NJ. on Fourth day, 26th instant at 11 o'clock, without further notice. To proceed to Evergreen Cemetery. **388
