Sonja has shown there were several south Jersey Reubens in the 1800s, and shown us one Reuben in CM county in the 1700s (R. Swain, who married twice). I would like to hear more about any 1700s Reuben or Rubin, regardless of County, and more about Swains in general. It is interesting that my Reuben Langley, who md. in 1776 and d. in 1804, had named sons Richard Swain Langley and Silas, which was also a first name used by the Swains.
