Seeking ancestry on Abner Hymer(s) b. 1833 Salem County, NJ. Married Margaret Maul 30 June 1855 Warren County, Ohio by Moses Harlan, Justice of the Peace. Daughter of Daniel and Jane Randall Maul. Daniel signed the marriage certificate. Margaret 16 yrs. and Abner 21 yrs.
Father to Abner - Isaac Hymers
Mother - Ann Patrick
Sister - Melissa b. 1839 Ohio (county unknown). Place of birth stated Ohio on NJ death certificate and NJ census.
Abner and Margaret Hymers buried in Cumberland County, NJ. Abner a Civil War Veteran 24th NJ Regiment.
Not sure if Abner's birth is actually NJ, since finding the marriage record! There is a space of years, I cannot account for his whereabouts. Abner's death certificate states US for birthplace!
Any leeds/connections to this family most appreciated.
