Need an Obit look-up for Vineland, 1928

Joseph H. Dowler died 11/29/1928 and is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery in Vineland.

If there are any Vineland newspapers available for research, I'd like to know if there is an obit for him and if it states his military service during the Civil War.

In the 1890 Census it just states "Sgt, KY" and his alias of "Joseph H. Johnson".
