Abner Cartwright was listed in the 1778 and 1779 tax lists for Stow Creek Township, Cumberland County, New Jersey. Need any information you might have regarding him. Who are his known children and did he have a son named Cyrus? Is Abner the son of Edward Cartwright (1683-1752) and Ruth West (1685-1747) of Martha’s Vineyard? Or is he a possible grandson of Robert Cartwright died 1702 Salem County, New Jersey. Please reply to rclantz@bellsouth.net
