His father Ira Brooks, born abt 1780 in Cumberland, Co, NJ
(married Rebecca?)
His father David Brooks, born abt 1734, (married Elizabeth Parker on 11-dec-1778 in Cumb. Co NJ)
His father, Seth Brooks, born abt 1712, died abt 1712 Hopewell, Cumb. Co NJ (married Eleanor)
