Hi Kathy, If he was born in Millville you should try the Millville Hist. Soc. 1-856-293-1078. I think they're there early Sunday afternoon. I used them a couple of years ago & as I remember it was a $5 charge and 15 cents each for copies. Good luck. Best wishes, Mike
