Robert,

They are usually kept in the County Clerk's Office in the County Seat, which I believe is Bridgeton. You could give them a call and see if the records are kept there.

The Cumberland County Historical Society is located in Greenwich. They are on-line. You might want to inquire there if they are not in the County Clerk's Office in Bridgeton. They may be able to steer you in the right direction.
